Meet Justin
After traveling all over the country with my family I couldn't imagine living anywhere else than Leavenworth WA. Being raised originally in Washington myself I was no stranger to Chelan county and the endless lineup of outdoor activities, vibrant downtown settings with plenty of delicious restaurants to enjoy, and most importantly a community of kind, good-hearted, and open-minded folks to call neighbors.
During the last five years, I've worked as a full-time Real Estate Agent helping folks buy and sell first-time homes, family vacation cabins, investment properties, rental properties, raw land, and off-grid cabins. I've not only helped folks buy and sell but I also manage local short-term rental properties, buy assisting in marketing/booking, guest communication, vendor management, and property care. In working several different properties month over month for the last handful of years I've collected insight and wisdom into dealing with our uniquely different real estate market, that's focused on tourism and being a getaway location.
Prior to my life as a Real Estate Agent, I was able to hone a skill set of sales/marketing tools through ten-plus years of corporate sales office management for startup companies such as HouseValues, MarketLeader, DataSphere, CustomerLobby, EverCommerce, and out-of-major metropolitan cities like Seattle, San Francisco, Phoenix, and Denver. It’s with these skills, unwavering ethics, and a powerful passion to help others achieve their own personal dreams that I look forward to the opportunity in helping you reach your very own real estate goals.
