He responded immediately to our request to see properties in the Leavenworth area, and quickly put together a list of properties to show us that had the features we were looking for. He didn’t waste our time by showing us things that were not in our price range or did not have what we were looking for. Justin was well informed about the area, and made all aspects of the transaction very easy for us. He was always very responsive, and consistently followed through on even the smallest of details related to our purchase. For example he noticed a screen missing during close of our sale. A local window company was commissioned to provide a replacement screen, and the new screen was improperly sized. Justin followed up personally, transporting the screen back and forth a couple of times between the property and window company until a properly fitted screen was produced.

He did an excellent job on area comps on unique properties. His work marketing our property was well above average. His update were spot on (not too much info, not too little info, good periodicity). He really listened to what we were saying and delivered. His response time was almost always under 1 hr regardless of style of communication we initiated the request in (text, email, phone). We would certainly use Justin and his firm again.

Not only were we buying our first home, but we were also buying it in an area of the state where we didn't currently live.
