- Yes. No cost, no obligation, no catch. Most people who ask just want to know where they stand, and that is a perfectly good reason to ask.
- How is this different from an online estimate?
- An algorithm cannot see your home's condition, the updates you have made, the view from the deck, or whether the well and septic are in good shape. It has no idea if you hold a short-term rental permit. A person can see all of that, and around here those details move the number a lot.
- Do I have to be ready to sell?
- No. The timeline question is there so the valuation fits your plans, whatever they are. 'Just curious' is a fine answer, and plenty of people choose it.
