About This Home
The Watchtower at Alpine Lakes Mountain Club. Imagine owning a private 20-acre high-mountain estate in the heart of the Cascades, where over 250 acres of private, tow-accessed skiing are reserved for just 29 property owners. With 450+ inches of annual snowfall, north-facing terrain, and no lift lines, enjoy everything from family-friendly groomers to steep glades, powder bowls, and backcountry adventures. Ride directly from your cabin, warm up at the members-only mountain hut, and spend your days exploring a mountain that feels like your own private ski resort. Summer is equally extraordinary, with trophy-class high-alpine fishing, premier hunting opportunities, epic mountain biking, horseback riding, and endless Alpine Lakes recreation right outside your door. Access is as unique as the property itself. Arrive via the club's privately maintained Alpine Road or land by helicopter at one of two on-site helipads. Flying in from out of town? Sea-Tac is just two hours away with helicopter charter options directly to the property. Pangborn Airport in Wenatchee is only one hour away, while Lake Wenatchee State Airport—a 2,500-foot turf strip—is just 10 mins from the club's lower gate. Mountain Club concierge service can arrange airport pickups, transportation, and adventure planning from the moment you arrive. Come tour our new luxury model cabin.
